See Your True Colors Shining Through

Sep 26, 2018 | Getting Real

Listening to Eva Cassidy’s soulful rendition of True Colors, I remembered my love for this song, sung by any artist.

But, this time, (through one of those loving taps from my guides) I really heard the message:

I see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that’s why I love you
So don’t be afraid to let them show
Your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow.

How often are we able to see our own colors, our authentic selves? We have slopped on layers of beige paint through the years as we catered to others’ demands. We’ve put ourselves second to loved ones and careers.

Is it time to peel that beige off and let our true colors shine?

Cassidy’s words reminded me of The Sechallens (the entities I channel). When I channel, they show me the kaleidoscope of colors wrapping around my client. It’s breathtaking. They remind me that they always see our rainbow of true colors.

As I am writing these words, they ask me to share a message with you.

Take a moment, and feel their love radiate around you as you read this.

If only each of you could see what we see: your beauty, your core truths of being, your essence of love.

We are here to show you the way to unconditionally love yourself.

Your true colors are not a mystery, they are within you.

With a little nudging from you 😊, they will shine brightly for you.

Open up your inner wisdom and your outer world will change to match your true colors.

And yes, that’s why we love you.

So be it.

With love,

Carol and The Sechallens

I took another gulp of my Malbec and sighed, “Oh, what a crappy day. I soooo needed this wine.”

My friend Jane, sitting across from me in the quiet bistro, nodded and smiled. Then, moving the salt and pepper to one side, she leaned forward.
